Exploring the future of public sector leadership in AI scenarios

In March 2019, I facilitated a workshop exploring the public sector leadership in our four scenarios of AI in the public sector at Fujitsu Germany’s annual conference on digital public administration “Jahreskonferenz Digitale Verwaltung”.

The participants gathered in small groups and familiarised themselves with one of our scenarios on AI in the public sector each. Then, they discussed how the work of public sector leaders looks like in this scenario and how it feels to be a public sector leader in this scenario.
